1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup crushed corn flakes

2 tbsp. butter
Procedure:
This dish can be made in a few easy steps.
1. Cut the chicken into 1 inch chunks.
2. Mix the flour with the salt and pepper, place on a
plate. Beat the egg white with milk in a bowl. Combine
the corn flakes, bread crumbs and paprika in a plastic

the crumb mixture. Place all of them in a big bowl, and
then drizzle the melted butter mixture over them as you
toss the chicken, coat them as evenly as possible.
4. Place the chicken pieces on a baking pan and bake at
400 degrees F. for about 15 minutes. Cool slightly and
serve. your kids will love this and you will too! Serve
plain or with a dipping sauce. Cooksaurus likes Chinese
Duk Sauce!
Notes*
White pepper is the inside center of a black peppercorn.
So ground black pepper is the whole berry and has the
black ground look when sprinkled on food. Ground white
doesn't have the black look so you don't see it when
sprinkled or added to food. In this and other dishes it
makes for a clean looking dish.
You can find crushed corn flakes in the supermarket near
dried bread crumbs or in the baking aisle.
