2 tbsp. frozen apple juice concentrate
1 tsp. honey mustard, Dijon style
1 tsp. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
4 tbsp. canola or olive oil
4 tbsp. diced apples
Combine all ingredients, except diced apples, in a blender or mix with an
immersion blender/wire whisk and blend thoroughly. When blended add the diced
apples. Refrigerate after mixing.
