Wine bottle Cap

Did you know...

The traditional wine cap shield may be a thing of the past as more and more wineries are returning to screw on caps in hopes of eliminating cork taint or the so called Corked bottle.

Food tip...

Did you know that you can slice goat cheese into 1 inch thick medallions and then bread them. It's simple, after they are cut, dip each piece in flour and shake of the excess. Dip into beaten eggs, then into bread crumbs. If you chop a few slices of bread to make the breadcrumbs they will taste better than dried. Now refrigerate these breaded goat cheese medallions for about one hour. Heat a pan with a 1/4 inch of olive oil and pan fry quickly on each side until golden. Serve these crisp and warm goat cheese rounds on your favorite salad!
